Biggs Trucking Reports Fire

The wheels of a tractor trailer caught fire at Biggs Trucking Company in Chattanooga early this morning but no injuries were reported. An employee called 911 around 12:20AM to report the fire at Biggs Trucking at 7923 Sue Drive in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

According to officials, the fire was so hot that the aluminum siding of the tractor trailer completely melted away. Luckily for everyone involved, the damage was at a minimum. Even so, the accident still caused $25K worth of damage.

Employees were working on the wheels when the tires caught on fire and the inside of Biggs Trucking quickly began to fill up with smoke. The incident took place in Hamilton County.
