For experienced solo drivers, a 40-cent-per-mile rate for all miles is now in place, with additional pay for hazmat. Team drivers will get 46 cents per mile without a hazmat endorsement, 50-cents with it and 51 cents with hazmat and doubles endorsements.

Recent CDL graduates will start at 34 cents per mile. All drivers, the company says, will also receive a one-cent-per-mile increase each year with no pay cap.
