Chili Chese Taco Dip

With the Super Bowl coming up I wanted to share an easy, no fuss dip recipe with you. You can use this chili cheese taco dip recipe for a bunch of different things. It’s a perfect truck driver recipe, easy to make and great tasting.

You will need:

1 lb. ground beef

1 can chili (no beans)

1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded

Bag of your favorite tortilla chips

1. Brown hamburger. Drain. Put in slow cooker, add chili and cheese.  Cook on low until cheese is melted. 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Stir occasionally

I usually buy enough to double this recipe if I know I am having a lot of friends and family over. Or I just save the extra ingredients for when I’m in a pinch and need to throw something together. One box of Mexican Velveeta is enough to make a double batch.  If you aren’t doubling the recipe the rest of the cheese is good for a couple weeks in the fridge. This also tastes great over hot dogs. Enjoy!
